Steel Blue Prom Dress Open Back Maxi BRAND NEW

I am selling a prom dress I bought last year and never ended up wearing. It is brand new with tags in the original garment bag. I usually wear around a size 4, but this dress is marked as a size 2 and fit me. I purchased it from Gianna Rose Boutique in Yardley, PA. It is amazing quality, and I am upset I won't be able to wear so I am hoping someone else will get to!!!!
