Steampunk Couture Dark Brown Harness Small

Steampunk Couture Dark Brown buckle harness. I don't think these have been available for purchase for awhile now. Dracula clothing only has the tan version in stock and not in this size. There's room for variance with the Velcro closure see photo for flat measurement. It's not stiff but its not particularly stretchy either. Showing stock photo of Kato modeling the tan version for fit. Per the brands size chart this would be a size Small, though there's no tags on the item. Wrinkled from storage but material is intact and appears to be in good shape.
