Statement Sexy Gothic Slashed Dress NWT

Beautiful statement black velvet dress. Front has a criss cross cut out section. For *just enough* skin! New and never worn. Labeled a M/10 and shown on a small dress form with room. This does have some stretch. Measures 44" down center back. Bust 16" underarm to underarm-but fits my bust at 35". Waist is fairly open as it stretches. I have a 28" waist, and I was able to get into this dress. Never worn with tag. ONLY tried on to see the style. Very beautiful!
