shopdaliajade I hate when that happens : ( There is the shirt that I'm dying for and I cannot find it ANYWHERE. I found one on posh. Tried contacting the seller many times, even put in two offers at diff times. I guess she just abandoned her closet... so I can't get the shirt : ( hopefully nothing bad has happened to her....

poshsweetly @tieia73 There are a couple ways to avoid this, in most cases. Vet the seller by checking the following: (1) love notes (2) on their "about" page it tells you the last time they were active. And if it doesn't even say when, it's been months and months. (3) check out their sold listings, to see if there are any comments like "hey are you ever going to ship my item", etc. Hope you have many successful transactions here! 🙂

poshsweetly @tieia73 I bought a replica unknowingly too once. I was so upset. It was to be a gift too which made it worse. And just this week I bought a "no flaws" dress and received a dress with stained armpits. I buy about once a week and most purchases are amazing, but man those few bad apples really irk me. I sell alot, and I am always willing to answer questions and am available most of the time! I always respond within no more than ten hours and that's just because I'm sleeping! I hope that you have better experiences with other sellers!!💙

toddthefox @tieia73 I always want my customers to have a great experience! And I never know if I am a certain customer's first encounter on Posh, so I definitely want them to have a great experience! I give free stuff with every purchase or trade! And if I can't ship quickly, I make sure that my customers know what is going on. I don't understand people. Smh.

thing2and3 I'm sorry to hear that sellers don't get back to you. I always try and get back to questions as soon as possible. Sometimes I wonder if the buyer got the answers to were they ask if I don't hear back after I don't get any response. From your point of view, should I expect the buyer to get back to me after questions have been answered?

tieia73 @debjross If you've answered questions, and they don't buy, then you've done your part! The other thing that gets me is new sellers selling unsupported items, like used makeup. You let them know and they lose their minds!
