Hi, I'm interested in purchasing...what does "No good" mean? Is the puffer supposed to be worn under the outer layer? is the outer layer lined in a fleece-type material?

@cwade01 Not sure where the no good comment came from - it's fine / yeah the puffer is meant to me an insulated layer the outer layer more of a windbreaker
