snow0207 @drgnflyft11 yesterday I send a email to Poshmark and they response was that they’ll check it out , then I check what city was the last one that USPS scanned the package , in that city is about 10 post office 😣I’m so distracted this never happened to me before , then I tried to make a claim to usps but they put me to fill many things , after That I had to leave it like that to go to work😢 (sorry my English 😔)

snow0207 @drgnflyft11 I just finished calling the customer service at the post office after providing them with the information they asked me for, they told me that the package is in process and that it is not lost, they put my case on investigation to see the status of the package, but that they can confirm that the delay is due to covid 19 and that it is not lost only delayed, they will call me as soon as they have more response from about package

Talk to the postal service customer service again today and they tell me that all the delay is probably due to the covid 19 and that because of that in some cities the postal service is temporarily closed, they tell me that if for next week even The package does not arrive, they will start a claim for the loss of the package but as it still has a delay and is less than 21 days old, they do not report it as lost

snow0207 @drgnflyft11 no really 😣still waiting, last time they told me before 21 day of the shipping day is not report as a lost package and if complete the 21 days they will open a case for a lost package , I wish I could cancel the order and that you did not have to go through this and neither did I but the package is out there and it is not known if it will be delivered or is lost😣

snow0207 @drgnflyft11 Wednesday will be 21 days after I made the shipment, that day they have to give me a final answer, I hope so but anyway I report this to Poshmark I hope they have not charged you until you do have your package, because I do not earn the money until your package is delivered, poshmark should not change either until you receive

drgnflyft11 @snow0207 they take the money from the buyer the second of the transaction. So, I’ve been out the $40 since the day it was sold. And then if something happens and they have to refund it then it takes about two weeks for it to show back up in my account. It’s a weird process for sure. Ok I guess we wait until Wednesday and then I’ll report it to Poshmark and start the process for my refund while you start the process with them and usps to try to get reimbursed for your product.

Unfortunately, it looks like your order has stopped tracking and has likely been lost by the shipping carrier. Therefore, we have processed this as a lost package and will be compensating both sides. We have added your earnings to your account, while also refunding your buyer as part of the protection we provide each of our users.
