This is a Stars Above Red Long Sleeve Sleepshirt or Pajama Top that is a size 4X. It is 65% Polyester and 35% Rayon. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-30.5" and the length is 30.5". It is new with tags. It is very soft. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
