Starkey In Canal Hearing Aids 312 with Hard Case Unisex The left one works. The right did not make a sound when I put the battery in. I don’t know if it can be fixed or used for parts. It comes with the case, one battery and half a pack of wax guards. These can be programmed by your audiologist. I cleaned them with cotton only. I was afraid I would damaged them with anything else.
