Starfire costume that I made for halloween, includes everything pictured (besides boots). The cost of supplies was around $45 and it took me 4+ hours to sew. I am 5'3"' and my boots in this are 5". I typically wear a size 4-6, the top and skirt are probably size S/M made with stretchy material. Comes with: skirt with silver belt attached, purple top, "armor" for top, gloves with gems, thigh high silver cuffs to put over tights or boots. For my forehead makeup I used lip liner!
