thankful365 Hi, can you tell me if the seal is tight and keeps the grounds from leaking around the seal. I don’t mind a few, but not a mouthful. I ordered a previous one from elsewhere and the seal is bad. I just don’t want that to happen again. Thank you for your time. Lisa

thankful365 Also, I meant to ask… From the photo I can’t tell if there’s some white discoloration on the underside of the rubber press handle. Could you please verify, and let me know if you were able to remove it if it is indeed there? Unfortunately, I’m unable to enlarge the photos on this site. Thank you.

kbw3289 @thankful365 the item does have some discoloration on the handle to the top but it is clean and I believe that is from cleaning it. The seal is tight and in good working condition.

kbw3289 @thankful365 I did deeply clean the handle and it is clean but the lighter look on the rubber returned after fully dry, so I cannot get the slight discoloration off. I am sorry!
