@hannah1878m Hello. I think so. I didn't have any trouble when I wore it.

@mckdiv ok I’m really interested but I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind posting a few pictures of it put on? Thanks I really appreciate it! :)

@hannah1878m I posted a couple of pictures. I am a bit bigger now than I was when I originally wore it. Currently 5' 3/4" and 144lbs.

@mckdiv Thanks for doing that. Is it very itchy?

@mckdiv Is it itchy at all I’ve heard with ballet costumes they can sometimes

@hannah1878m If you are bothered by the feel of tulle against your skin, you might not like putting it on or taking it off, or it may brush against your leg while you are moving. But it does poof out away from the body, and if you wear tights with it, I imagine you wouldn't notice it. The inside of the body isn't itchy at all. Even the trim that is sewn around the neck didn't bother me at all, and usually my skin has a reaction to weird threads, that can be found on the edges of some bras.

@mckdiv oh no I don’t mind the tulle at all even if it is a little itchy. Did you wear tights underneath when you put it on? Do you have to wear anything underneath?
May 29Reply

mckdiv
@hannah1878m I wore pink ballet tights under it, because I wore it for a ballet performance. It has a built-in bottom, so technically you wouldn't have to wear anything underneath. But the tulle bottom is somewhat see through. Just depends on what you want to wear it for. If not for dancing, and no tights, I would probably wear some skin colored slip shorts underneath.

@mckdiv ok would the leotard work like underwear do I need to wear anything?
And I am 5,11 would that fit me?
May 29Reply

mckdiv
@hannah1878m That is up to you. It depends on what you are wearing it for. You can see the leotard bottom from the pictures I posted. Dancers avoid wearing underwear underneath leotards and costumes due to lines, bulges, sticking out and showing, etc. Tights function as the layer between you and the leotard. But if you are wearing it for something else, you could wear underwear, or use a light day's panty liner to keep it clean, and then wear slip shorts over the leotard.

@mckdiv oh I see I’m new to all this so thanks for helping. I’m really wanting to get into dancing. But I thought this might be fun to wear around the house.
So with tights do you have to wash them since you don’t wear anything underneath?
And do I need to wear a bra or is it built in? Thanks
