Black Stanley Bostitch Contractor Briefcase. Designed to hold a laptop, pens and pencils, Cell phone, business cards and pouches for paperwork and notebooks. I no long have use for it. Very good condition, no rips or tears, zipper closures work as they should. I cleaned it as best as I could, may be a small amount of dust from storage. 17 inches long 13 inches tall and 5 inches thick. Comes with a shoulder strap also. Very heavily constructed.
