Vintage Stangl American Pottery Set of 3 Cups and Saucers Tea Coffee Blue Green Mediterranean 6 pieces Approx measurements Saucer- 6” diameter Cups- 3” tall 3 1/4” opening/ mouth Color- Deep cobalt blue/ Green * mixed shades to look like the sea They are in great condition for their age. The cups are on the smaller side, great for espresso or tea. I purchased them in 1969 as part of my first set of dishes as newly married. They have been packed and stored. Stangl was produced in Trenton and Flemington, NJ. The pottery is hand painted which makes them unique. Please note the photo with the RED circle, you can see some of the red pottery- it’s not a chip. The shiny glaze is over it. This is truly a unique American Folk Art product.
