Stangl Pottery 'Magnolia' Teapot Vintage 1950-70 Mid Century Modern

This rare Stangl teapot is in the Magnolia pattern, produced from 1952 to 1978. It has a pale avocado background with a stylized rust maroon magnolia and lid, with dark green leaves and small white flowers and accents. The interior of the pot and lid is a lovely clay brown, with the brown showing through the spout as well as a delicate line around the rim of the pot and the twigs in the design. This is beautifully designed and perfectly produced. There is a rough spot on the spout (as pictured) which appears to be in the glaze (makers inclusion). Excellent condition!
