m_uniat The shortest inseam they ever came with was 28 inches. So do they appear to have an ‘aftermarket’ hem? I doubt they would have shrunk nearly 3 inches in length… it there a factory tag stating the WAIST size? I usually buy 36 waist because I know this fabric shrinks, and when it does they fit about perfectly- so I’m trying to ascertain if these are (a ‘shunk’) size 36 originally.

hautehoard @m_uniat I’m not sure what the original measurements were as our clothes are preloved and/or vintage so I cannot speak to what their previous owners may have done. The measurements provided are the measurements of this pair in particular and will not reflect an unwashed pair directly from the manufacturer.
