Lay that ring flat and use a ruler with millimeter (mm) marks. Measure straight across the inside of the band, from inner edge to inner edge, through the center (do not include the metal thickness). Then compare your number to the chart above. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. You can also have your finger measured for free at any jewelry counter.
