headred78 I was wondering if you had any issues with the screw on these rings? I bought one from a different seller and the screw is pretty much not going to budge it’s stripped and won’t let loose or anything, I don’t know if I will be able to use it

luckeighone78 @headred78 ~ sometimes using a rubber band in between the screw & screwdriver will give tread to the screw. I’m not sure if it’ll work with these since they’re so small. Might be worth a try though.

headred78 @luckeighone78 We tried to get it to open but there’s nothing to be able to get it to budge with out damaging the ring itself even if I was able to find a screw to replace it I would really be happy to get it to work but I can’t get the first screw to come loose, I don’t know what to do with it I wish there was a refund or exchange it but that’s not going to happen then I would really like not have to deal with this on top of putting my husbands remains in this broken ring to give his mother.

luckeighone78 @headred78 ~ That’s an unfortunate & aggravating situation. Even worse assuming the seller wasn’t helpful. I’m terribly sorry for your loss. I, too, lost my husband. Nearly 7 yrs ago now. He was only 39.

headred78 @luckeighone78 it’s definitely not ideal but his mom and dad divorced his dad has all of the money therefore he’s holding his belongings ransom& he is literally holding his remains ransom fortunately he is terrified of me & he should be!I was able to get a vile of the remains for my son & his uncles & I don’t need anything I have our baby,but his mom saw him in his coffin at the funeral & he will not give her a vile or a chance to see her son?! I just found out about it, hence the ring
