Rebel Sky Fringe Maxi Dress Bliss Blue Built in cami bra Adjustable Spaghetti Straps Unlined Size Small Approx. Measurements in pics. NWT - Small stains on the bottom part of the dress. It looks like dirt, see last two pics. Small pink stain by fringe and in middle of dress, see 11th pic. Since it is NWT, I didn't try washing it. I have two of these and both have small stains.
