Staccato dark blue button down blouse

Bought at boutique for over $39. This beauty is a staple item in anyone’s closet. Can be dressed up or down! Wear to the office or wear to a party. This blouse is a sheer, dark blue, with pearlish white buttons It is a high low, meaning a longer back and a shorter front. The sleeves can roll up to 3/4 with loop button to hold in place. I took pictures in two different lightings as the shirt is dark 💜 It is in NEW condition. Non smoking home and always hand washed and line dried.
