St. Tropez West sz L Floral Maxi Dress in Blue and Pink NWT

Vibrant floral maxi dress with a blue base and pink accents. Perfect for a summer outing. This is brand new with tags, but I did picture. There’s some areas where the dress is nubby. Not sure if it is just how the fabric is made, but it was purchased this way.
