St. Roche Monterey Striped Dress size Small Belted Handkerchief Hem Embroidered

Such a beautiful dress for spring and summer, featuring an all over vertical stripe in shades of blue, yellow, green and cream. Embroidery at hem, smocking around neck and shoulders, handkerchief hem falls beautifully. Keyhole at back neck, drawstring waist. No flaws and new with tags except missing inner care/fabric tag. This brand only uses sustainable and organic fabrics, so I would guess this is 100% organic cotton.
