Absolutely adorable piece, perfect as a summer minidress or cover up (which is what I bought it for but never used it). Amazing fringe detailing and lightweight cotton material. Made in India. Elastic across the back and a gathered waist make it a super comfortable fit. Bottom is slightly frayed which adds to its easy, breezy feel. Size S fits TTS. Length = 24.5 inches
