New womens size large petite LP PL black mixed media skirt. It has a black velvet material along with different plaid flannel like patchwork pieces. The plaid is 100% cotton and the velvet is 100% rayon. ***The elastic in the waistband is not a tight elastic and seems loose but could be the way it is made but not sure.
