Where is the discoloration at?

@debsuey Hi! if you look at the last photo, you can see a very faint line on the shoulder. It could be very set-in dust, it could potentially go away completely with professional treatment. I have treated it delicately twice so as not to damage the material and it has gotten lighter each time.
