The only flaw to note is on the inside- the knit has started to open by elastic band on the left hand side. Flaw has not extended to outside of skirt. Tagged Size 2. Lay flat measurements: Hips: 12.5” Waist: 17.5” Length: 21 3/4” Skirt has been hanging up in my closest as to why the hanger clip marks. I have never worn. Purchased at a consignment shop. Elastic band has full elastic, no droop.
