hey! I’m usually a size S (4/6). How snug is it ? Does it have any room for stretch?

Hi there! The waist measures 13” when skirt is laid flat. The length is 18.5”. I don’t think it is very stretchy. It is meant to be fitted at the waist & flowy at the bottom. Nice piece! So silky:)
