The classic St. John knit skirt. Pull on with 1 1/2” elastic waistband. Dark blue, the full skirt photos show the color truest. Marked an 8, measured flat across waist 13” Length 21” The only flaw I see are compression marks at the waist from where they hung it on a skirt hanger. These are minor, see last photo.
