St. John Collection Navy Knit Trousers Size 8

St. John Collection navy knit trousers. Size 8. Creased straight leg, pull on, with an elasticized waist. Gently used - on the interior of the waist, there is a small area where the knit has separated at the side seam where it wraps around the elastic but the flaw is not visible when on - pictured in the last photo. In my experience, it does not impact wear, but I also believe it would be fixable by a tailor (or by St. John, though their internal repairs are typically more expensive if a local tailor is an option).
