Vintage, beautiful, unusual and in really excellent condition ... what more could you ask for??? Marie Grey was a model and she and her husband Robert started St. John ... she designed some beautiful pieces while she was there ... I've found a number of them to be literally timeless ... just like this sweater. Armpit to armpit (measured flat and unstretched): 17" Length: 25 1/2" The complex pattern is in shades of taupe, cream, beige with an almost imperceptible thread of black woven in places. In excellent condition - very, very lightly worn.
