Squall Jacket

This is an excellent coat for cold, snowy, windy weather. With drawcords in the snap-on hood, at the waist and hem, no wind gusts are gettin’ through; same for the inside knitted cuffs. Chest width P to P is 25 inches, length is 33 1/2 inches and sleeves are 27 inches. Photo 4 shows snaps on detachable hood; photo 6 shows interior chest pocket with zip closure, drawcord keepers at waist and hem, the knitted cuffs, and the YKK plastic zipper, which I’ve always considered failsafe in all weather conditions. The front pouch pockets with 2 snap closed flaps are 7 3/8 inches wide and 8 inches deep. They also serve as hand pockets (photo 9) Also on the front is a chest pocket with vertical 6 1/2 inch zipped opening and 5 inches deep (photo 10.) Photo 7 shows the 100% nylon sleeve lining for easy donning and the POLARTEC label indicating the Thinsulate brand for insulation. Photo 8 shows detached hood and visor with drawcord and 3 snap flaps at the throat.A final key feature of this jacket is MADE IN THE USA.
