Springfield belted shirtdress 4

Springfield belted shirtdress in size 4. (UK sizing is 8). Black, white, tan and yellow print with solid black trim and belt. Tiny metal buttons go to the waist. Half sleeves. Corded belt. Lightweight fabric but tag is missing. I think it’s polyester. Beautiful dress. Great for any occasion. Very good preowned condition. See pictures for measurements.
