What material is this made from? What are the measurements?

@ndailey4kids inside care label says it’s 80% wool and 20% “polyamid-nylon”. Looks a feels like wool. It’s Italian and sized as a 44. The sleeve length is 23” and it’s 44” from neck to hem. Hope that helps.
