lylahmarie @liz55jake There is no material missing, nor any scuff. Think you must be looking at the left heel back based on pics. I just double checked and it must have been something just stuck to the suede when I took the pics. They are free from scuffs and there is no material missing.

lylahmarie @liz55jake Sorry for the delay. See new pics of heels themselves. Not perfect, but you can see that most of the apparent marks were just lint stuck to the suede. Hope this helps.
