brenda_phan @melaniemgropp Hi Melanie! The brand of the dress is Chi Chi but I purchased it off of the ASOS website. It has the off the shoulder effect but the dress does come with straps as there is no elastic band to keep the dress up without them. Sorry for the confusion!
