mstupp @ryansmommy07 yes that is with the back tied like the picture. The tie in the back let's u adjust how far in front you want it to come together but meant to be worn open

mstupp @brittann21 yes it is brand new tags still on it and it is a layered type jacket. Doesn't come apart but heavy enough to keep u warm in this cold spring weather but light enough to wear on a night out where u will b taking jacket off
