@starraether good morning friend! I’ll try and explain how I tie the scarf :)
First fold scarf in half lengthwise. Hang around neck with loop end in one hand and two loses ends in the other. Thread ONE of the loose ends through the loop. Turn the loop a half turn and thread the other loose end through. And voila! Let me know if it works!
I will check to see the scarf content but I tend to cut the tags when purchased so they don’t show.

Hello again! I don’t know the scarf fabric as the tag has been cut by me. It is very soft. Wish i could make a guess but I really don’t know. So sorry
