Fake jessie’s are being listed as real with tags removed so Hopefully this will help ppl not get ripped off.
The slip should be maxi length and reach the bottom not midi length.
The overall size is wrong. Jessie is a long maxi dress. It measures 61’. The fake is midi length and usually 50’ or less.
Look at the ribbons. They are sewn in around the top of the sleeve & should be pretty wide/thick.
The stitching is different. If the label is cut off ask to see a closeup & check the stitching.

@elizabeth071184 I love that you posted this! I have a zero tolerance policy for those companies that copy off of other companies like for love and lemons, spell, and love shack. My own fashion line, Bohemian Armenian is launching next month and I design and cut every pattern myself as well as currently making everything myself until we send them out to be manufactured later this year. Nothing irritates me more so thank you for posting this!!!

@allison9494 I’ve seen the fake listed as a real Loveshackfancy with the labels cut out. The sellers state in the listing they cut the tag of for comfort. I’m just posting this so if a Jessie dress come up for sale without a tag buyers will know what to look for. If you look at the posh items sold you see the fake sold for over 200.

@brilldelights I used to have a small clothing line I designed and sewed myself everything. Very smalll on Etsy but I had a huge following. I started to get copies made of my things also my paintings this was heartbreaking because my paintings never sold but the knockoffs did I got pretty angry. I miss designing clothing but was in such a bad accident I can no longer sew. Also everything I made had to be hand pressed because to this day I cannot figure out my serger 😂
