Elastic at waistband and ankle. Water resistant. Approximate measurements laying flat: the waist is 15.5” with a 13” rise, the inseam is 32”. Great for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, or simply having fun in the snow. Good condition, no holes or rips. There is some wear and fading on the seat. Size M
