Cute vintage spoon ring. I purchased this at a boutique, it was hand made, it didn't come with a size but it fits my size seven finger a little big, I bet it would fit a 7-8.

@macblack1 I'm not sure, it was sold at a local boutique as hand made by an artist in the community. I was told it was made from an antique spoon. That's all I really know about this piece, sorry.
