Spongeware Green Bird Birdhouse Mini Pottery Cups Trinket Holder‎

I'm not sure what exactly these are, or the material. It seems like they were someone's homemade pottery that's glazed. One has discoloration in comparison to the other, as pictured. Both still intact.
