New. Designed for exfoliating, cleansing, and polishing feet. Formulated to cleanse and buff away dry skin, 30+ wash usage. Place sponge under warm water and squeeze to activate, use soft side to cleanse and textured size to exfoliate by using a circular motion, rinse and squeeze out after each use. Sealed in plastic, scent unknown as outer product label was removed.
