Spode Cake plate Italian Blue Transferware

Beautiful preowned Spode Cake plate. Slightly domed with a small rimmed base. The iconic Blue Italian was created in 1816. It features a finely detailed 18th century Imari Oriental border encompassing a scene inspired by the Italian countryside, this blue and white collection is a timeless classic and will mix and match with other blue and white china. It does have some minor scratches from prior use. Measures approx. 11.25" across.
