Splicing Buckle Lace Up Heeled Bootie

Super cute ankle boot that have NEVER been worn. They were ordered from Belle Lilly and were too big/their conversion is WAY off. They took forever for shipping so I decided to keep and sell myself. I’m normally an 8/8.5 and these fit more like a 9 on me. The color is coffee with a hint of dark green underlay. They didn’t come with tags on them or in a box but they are brand new never worn.
