What is the material is it stretchy ? The waist will fit but not the chest unless it stretches ??? Let me know thanks!

@mermaidshannon hi! The material is 100% rayon. It is not stretchy. The waist is elastic and I had the top closed as tight as it could go for the measurements. There is some give in the chest, depending on how deep you want the v closure to go. I’m sure that you saw that the measurements are in my photos. Thanks for your interest!
