It can be dressed up or down based on the occasion. Size per tag: 16. Fabric: Shell: 100% Linen. Lining: 100% Acetate. I removed most of it but some of the metallic sheen on the fabric faded. Please see close up in pics. There are also a few minor fabric snags.
