The Bedouin company is selling Aleppo Pepper which is from the Halapy pepper from Aleppo Syria. The pepper is ground and dried preserved with salt and a little bit of oil to give it a moist texture. It’s not too spicy but it does have a little bit of cake. It’s great sprinkled on hummus sprinkled on eggs and it’s great to cook with. It’s one of our most popular spices.
