Size swap my Spell wild bell gown your s for your xs ✨ Ecellent used condition which is rare considering this is a vintage piece. Very bottom white button on the gown has been replaced by professional tailor-the fabric button is slightly more of a shiny white fabric. Slight yellowing in the armpits, I have not tried to bleach or stain remove to see if it would come out.

sarahp007 @lizwt I got it!! It’s beautiful! But as I suspected it is a little tight in the shoulder/ bust area for me. I would like to keep the slip as that is not as fitted. Is yours completely free of any stains, marks etc? This one is perfect so I’d only like to swap if yours is too? Some of the ones being sold have yellowing in the underarm area just checking if yours does too?

lizwt @sarahp007 Of corse. Sorry to hear it is Ty the perfect fit. I will check when I get home but no yellowing in the pits that I have seen or other flaws. It was pristine for such a vintage piece as far as I can tell but will double check and get back to you on Monday 💕

lizwt @sarahp007 Hey Sarah, I was bummed to find mine does have some yellowing in the arm pits. I have only worn it once since it’s a little long on me &big on the waist and didn’t notice it. But took some photos for reference.

la_la_lola I have to share this with you... So, I was talking with a friend the other day about yellow underarm stains and why some people experience this and others do not. My friend is still in close contact with one of her professors, so we asked him. He said that the yellow stains can actually result from aluminum-based deodorant residue, and the particles from the sweat and aluminum start to cause this discoloration. I found that fascinating, I had no idea!
