Spell evie Over-the-Knee suede and leather Fringe Boots

The most amazing Spell and the Gypsy leather and suede boots. . Can be scrunched down and worn below the knee also which is my preferred way to wear. These are a Very narrow size 11 and would truly fit a size ten best. Worn about 5 times to country concerts. They are in excellent condition. Only scuffed on the soles.
