kira579318 Did u get this from July? Because they sent me one thats not worth even $25 bucks it has holes it’s wrapped and warped the fabric is threadbare, it’s lace is torn off Allier it’s wrung out and can’t even be steamed , it’s threadbare and I paid $114.99 for it. I swear to God I’m furious it’s not even worth twenty bucks wtf are they thinking and I’m a repeat customer I hate them. So disgusting it should have been thrown in the garbage not sold for 115$ what do I do?

kira579318 Yeah now they said they are blocking me from all urban outfitters stores omfg are you kidding me. I even sent in photos as they requested OG the lace falling off and permanent wrinkles. I said I don’t trust them now to refund me so no I’m not taking off the claim refund me first and I want a replacement dress since u have plenty more. Nope nothing. They said I’d have to return it and wait to get my money back. Yeah right. I trust Nuuly like an escaped convict now, they send a replacement
