Skirt is in very used condition with lots or runs and a repaired hole that left about a one inch seam from being stitched. This is a vintage piece that has been loved but has life left! Please purchase understanding the poor condition of the skirt. It’s still beautiful and flowy and I don’t feel like the flaws are glaring due to the pattern. elastic is stretched out but waist band ties also.
